Despite having victory elude them on X Factor UK, the boy band One Direction have had outstanding commercial success. Their first single "What Makes You Beautiful" was a #1 smash and it was followed by the #3 hit "Gotta Be You." The debut album Up All Night hit #2. Now Columbia Records are bringing the fun loving group to the US. The album will be released in the US in March 2012. As part of the promotional blitz, One Direction will go on tour with Big Time Rush beginning in late February. Boy bands did not fare well on X Factor USA, but perhaps One Direction can sway American pop fans. Check out the hit "What Makes You Beautiful" below.
