It does look like there just may be one contestant starting to emerge from the pack in season 10 of American Idol. James Durbin turned in a version of the Shirelles hit "Will You Love Me Tomorrow" that was stunningly beautiful. It kicked off a capella then effortlessly segued into a romantic lament still keeping the girl group spirit of the original. As he does consistently week after week, James Durbin was able to be both flashy and elegantly controlled with his vocals. There is a consistency week after week in his performances that no other contestant can match.
