Theory Of A Deadman's Tyler Connolly Talks Recording, Inventions

Theory of a Deadman frontman Tyler Connolly was recently interviewed by Napster's Music Blog. In the Q&A, he talks about the process of recording their new album The Truth Is..., where he'd like the band to tour in the future, and more.

Recalls Connolly, "While recording our new album I saw an old dude playing banjo outside for change. I asked him if he wanted to come inside and play on a song. He replied with, 'How much do I get paid?'...He ended up playing banjo on 'What Was I Thinking,' and that’s him saying, 'Tyler, what were you thinking?' at the very end. He also ended up making 800 bucks for about an hour’s work. Not too shabby!!"

The frontman says the band has "Never played Japan or Australia ? two places that we would love to go. It’d also be a free vacation!"
