Megadeth guitarist Chris Broderick is auctioning an Ibanez Prestige S5470F Red Viking guitar on eBay, with all proceeds going to Magnolia Elementary School in Oakdale, CA, where his niece and nephew are students. This is the guitar he used while recording 's 2009 album Endgame, and he can be seen with it inside the CD booklet.
The auction winner will also receive two of the custom armbands Broderick wears onstage; nine Megadeth guitar picks (five different Chris Broderick guitar picks from 2008-2012, two (one with TH1RT3EN logo, one with Endgame logo) from Dave Mustaine, and two from bassist David Ellefson (one with TH1RT3EN logo, one with Megadeth logo); and two autographed photos of Broderick, one picturing him holding the Ibanez guitar, the other showing him with his current Jackson guitar. The winner can also specify where on the guitar they would like Broderick to autograph it.
