Adele's sales achievements continue to pile up. Now her biggest hit single "Rolling In the Deep" has passed Lady Gaga for the honor of being the biggest selling digital song ever by a female artist in the US. She is also now #2 overall. However she remains more than a million copies behind the frontrunner by the Black Eyed Peas. Next week Adele is expected to land a 23rd week at #1 for her album 21. That will place her only week from matching the mark of 24 weeks at the top by Prince's classic Purple Rain. She is expected to tumble from the top in the following week due to a debut by Bruce Springsteen. However, it is possible she could climb back to the peak once again in subsequent weeks.
