TV commercials continue to bring alternative pop songs to the attention of mainstream audiences. Last December Neon Trees released their latest single "Everybody Talks." Although it received positive reviews, the song failed to reach the Billboard Hot 100. It did peak inside the top 20 of the alternative songs chart. Now the group is featured with a snippet of the song in a TV commercial for the Buick Verano that touts the model's use of Pandora music streaming as a feature. As a result sales of "Everybody Talks" have climbed and it entered the Billboard Hot 100 this week for the first time at #74. Neon Trees' second studio album Picture Show is set for an April 17, 2012 release date.
