Take some left over beats from sessions for Usher's smash "OMG," add trademark silly Black Eyed Peas lyrics, and you have the new promotional single "Do It Like This." will.i.am says of the song, "That beat is harder than any attitude or any freakin' mug-shot face. It goes to a place no hip-hopper would go to right now." The beat is highly reminiscent of heavy old school hip hop. Meanwhile, the official single "The Time (Dirty Bit)" is surging up the charts. It is camped out in the top 5 at iTunes and is already top 25 at mainstream pop radio. It is a guaranteed top 5 hit if not #1. The group will release a new single a week until the album The Beginning hits stores November 30, 2010.
