Following hot on the heels of its #1 placement at iTunes, the music video for Demi Lovato's "Skyscraper" single has been released. It fits perfectly with the mood and emotional intensity of the song. Directed by Mark Pellington, who is still best known for his landmark Pearl Jam music video for "Jeremy," the "Skyscraper" clip shows Demi Lovato emoting in what appears to be the desert. The anguish is clear, but her strength is evident as well. The entire "Skyscraper" project marks a triumphant return for the 18 year old from the inner struggles that led to a stay in rehab. Her voice and presence are quite powerful. Look for a strong debut for "Skyscraper" on next week's Billboard Hot 100.
