Nu Vibe Go Home On X Factor UK But Frankie Cocozza Shows How Vulnerable Everyone Is

It really was not a big surprise that ultimately the first act to go home in the audience voting segments of X Factor UK was the boy band Nu Vibe. They never seemed to gel completely as an act, and their final performance to convince judges to let them stay just continued to expose weaknesses. However, what was the big surprise was the other act that had to sing for his life in the show. 18 year old Frankie Cocozza, after a less than impressive performance of Coldplay's "The Scientist," demonstrated that even acts that seem shoo-ins to the later rounds can be vulnerable. As expected, all of Kelly Rowland's girls seemed to sail through this first round as did the campy spectacle of Louis Walsh's over 25 acts. This first round of audience voting was a clear wakeup call that there is no room for missteps. Each act must bring their A game to every week.
